General Refund Policy

All fees paid to FLOW CORE SYS LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for services that have commenced, are in progress, or have been completed.

Web Design & Website Development

Website design and development involves upfront planning, design, development, and internal resource allocation.

  • All payments and deposits for website services are non-refundable
  • Payment confirms acceptance of scope, pricing, and timeline
  • If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, fees paid are forfeited
  • Work outside the original scope requires a separate quote and additional payment
  • Client-provided assets are used for project execution; return of assets is not guaranteed upon cancellation

Application Design & Development

Payments for application design, development, integrations, testing, or related work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media & Content Services

Payments for the following services are non-refundable, including advance payments, due to ongoing execution and operational costs:

  • Digital marketing
  • SEO services
  • Social media management
  • Content writing and content marketing

We do not guarantee marketing outcomes, and results may vary.

Setup Fees

Setup fees for onboarding, campaign configuration, analytics setup, platform setup, or related initialization activities are non-refundable.

Staff Augmentation / Contract Resources (If Applicable)

Payments for staff augmentation, dedicated resources, or contractual staffing are non-refundable once the engagement period begins.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services
  • FLOW CORE SYS LLC may pause work and withhold deliverables during a dispute
  • Clients are responsible for chargeback fees imposed by processors or banks
  • Any outstanding balance must be settled before service restoration or delivery

Recurring Services

For subscriptions or retainers:

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, unlawful activity, or non-payment. Termination in these cases does not qualify for a refund.
